Shipping Policy

All orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually takes 2–3 working days to arrive once dispatched.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of receiving them.

You’ll receive an email with your tracking details once your parcel has been shipped.

Delivery times may take a little longer during busy periods, postal strikes, or bad weather.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@nadairwellness.co.uk with your order number and any relevant photos so we can help quickly.

At the moment, we only deliver within the UK.

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 per order.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unburnt, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used candles or opened wax melts.

To start a return, please email hello@nadairwellness.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
